These terms govern your use of the okaycab app and website. By creating an account or booking a ride, you agree to them.
okaycab is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers and fleet partners across Bike, Auto/Toto, Economy, Prime, and SUV categories. okaycab is not itself a transport carrier and does not own the vehicles used on the platform.
Estimated fares are shown before you confirm a booking and may vary with distance, time, and demand. Final fare is calculated at the end of the ride based on the actual route and time taken.
You may cancel a ride before the driver arrives. A cancellation fee may apply if a driver has already been assigned and has started moving toward the pickup point.
Riders and drivers are expected to treat each other with respect. Abusive behaviour, unsafe driving, or fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension without notice.
okaycab facilitates the booking of rides but is not liable for the acts of independent drivers or fleet partners beyond what is required by applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of okaycab after an update means you accept the revised terms.
